Adobe / PDF Instructions
Many browsers, including Internet Explorer, are now capable of opening up pdf documents. This is done either by left clicking on the file or hyperlink you wish to open - which opens up the pdf within Internet Explorer, or right by right clicking on it - which enables you to "save the target" as a file directly onto your own computer hard drive.
If your browser does not have the ability to open up a pdf file, then you will need to download a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be found below:
